“I Kipros sto Piato '' is a new podcast series about food. Food? Really? Of course! We talk about food all the time! Why not learn about the rich gastronomy of Cyprus, through conversations between chefs, restaurant owners and businessmen who worked hard to build Cyprus’ food legacy?

 Michalis Kalopesas meets people who have contributed with their talent, hard work and love for Cypriot flavors, in creating and developing the country's gastronomic map.

 Talented chefs, insightful entrepreneurs, persistent restaurateurs, self-taught cooks, connoisseurs of tradition and lovers of Cypriot cuisine, share their stories, and knowledge, recalling stories from their journey.

 Some nostalgic and others quite optimistic of what is to come, several with constructive criticism and others with unrestrained optimism, but all with sincere love for what Cypriot gastronomy had, is and can do.
